3.1 Scope of Services
SkyBlue FinTech Solutions provides SaaS-based products, such as InsAIghts and OpenSignals, under various subscription plans. Access to these Services is contingent on successful registration and payment of applicable fees.
3.2 User Responsibilities
- Use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Refrain from sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your access to the Services without our explicit consent.
3.3 Subscription Fees and Payment
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed either monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or when a user upgrades to a higher-tier plan. In such cases, the user must pay the full price of the new plan, and a prorated refund for the unused portion of the previous lower-tier plan will be issued.
- Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit card, debit card, or Link.
- Late Payments: Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
- Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
3.4 Cancellation and Termination
- User Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
SkyBlue FinTech Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, errors, or data inaccuracies.
4. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
4.1 Data Collection and Use
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data processing complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
4.2 Data Security

Maximum Liability
Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated insights should not be considered financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.
- Users acknowledge that all decisions made based on AI-generated content are at their own risk.
- We explicitly disclaim any liability for actions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
By using our Services, you accept these limitations and disclaimers.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation: Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation.
- Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore under Singaporean law.
10. Data Retention Policy
- Retention Period: We retain data for the duration of your subscription and an additional 3 years as required by law.
